Licensing InVircible InVircible, ResQ and IV Armor are the copyright © 1990-2006 of NetZ Computing Ltd., Israel. IV Armor is a US registered patent of Zvi Netiv. InVircible, ResQ, CloneDisk and their related utilities are distributed as trialware. The software downloaded from the NetZ sites will function until a predetermined date, set in the license file (license template). A time limited free trial license is available from the site, for the use of first time users of InVircible. On registration of your IV copy, we will send you by e-mail an electronic personal registration template that contains your coordinates and the license terms, including the date of issue and the date of expiration. The upgrading of the InVircible software does not modify the status of the currently installed license. Thus, registered users may upgrade or reinstall the software freely without worrying about the validity of their license, for the whole term they registered for. On expiration, a message will announce that the term of the license is up. You are then expected to renew your license by filling the online renewal form. Note that InVircible will stop functioning until the expired license is renewed. In case you forgot to renew your license on time, you may use the trial license to gap the few days required to renew it. Hassle Free Upgrading Thanks to its generic nature, InVircible does not depend on critical updates nor does it require constant or scheduled updating. Still, NetZ Computing is constantly developing and improving its products to keep them abreast with new developments on the threat scene. All improvements are available to our users at no additional cost, for the term of their license - usually one year from the date of issue. If you are a registered user, then all upgrades that you download from any of our websites and their mirrors will recognize your registration certificate. Renewal of registration at reduced cost: After the first year, NetZ registered users are entitled to extend their registration for InVircible at 60% of the cost of the current first time registration fee. The fee for the renewal of your registration is the compensation for our efforts and investments in continuously improving the product and making these upgrades available to you.
